"I live in Hanceville, so one would assume that when I get Subway coupons in the mail they would work at the Hanceville Subway. Very wrong. We didn't know until all the food had been made, turning a $20-ish meal into more like $40. The staff was rude also. Will NOT be coming back to this Subway."
"The meat was very soggy and looked odd. I didn’t even take one bite. I also ordered a pizza and they added shredded cheese to it. Which is not on the menu and nowhere else does that. Also it was very hot in there. But the last thing could be a matter of opinion."
"Honestly the best subway you will ever find. Veggies always look fresh and it is the cleanest subway I have ever found. Me and my family go here often and it always impresses how well it is run."
"The place is clean but the service is lacking greatly. No warm welcome and severely lacking proportions. My meal of a foot long flat bread with rotisserie chicken and extra mozzarella was $18.29 with chips and a drink. I was informed my selection of meat was an extra portion for what is widely regarded as the bare minimum. This is by far the worst cost to food ratio I have experienced at any Subway in the state of AL. I do NOT recommend this location for any future patronage."
