"We ate here Saturday night and my food which was the Big Jack was fine but my wife got the chicken sandwich. She got food poisoning from the chicken sandwich. She said it tasted like metal. So hopefully that was just a bad batch because never really had problems like that before."
"Got a double order of the biscuits and gravy and lucky me found a blonde hair in it. Called upset and Sarah had an attitude w me because I was upset. Spent almost $20 on food and drinks and ended up throwing the food away. Her way of resolving it was offering to replace my food. Why would I ever want to eat there again. I have my receipt and would rather my money back. That was not an option... Not a happy customer. The customer service sucks. Don't waste your money there..."
"Went through drive thru waited about 15 minutes, got to the window got our food drove off. i ordered a single biscuit and gravy, got the gravy no biscuit. went back to get the biscuit and she wanted me to make ANOTHER order for just the biscuit. will not be back."
"Would have gave it 5 stars but I ordered two of the new double bacon cheeseburgers on November 28 around 7pm and they forgot my bacon on both. The burgers themselves were very fresh and delicious. Just no bacon."
"My son wants Jacks chicken tenders all the time so we are regulars. I assured my son he would like the new chicken nuggets they just released. We actually went inside to wait on our order to go.. these SAD excuses for chicken nuggets feel like they’ve been cooked like 7-9 hours earlier and just sat there.. like rubber and super hard.. I wouldn’t let him eat them because I was afraid of actual food poisoning.. and that’s NOT acceptable! Like FOOD POISONING from a nugget meal from Your restaurant: THEN I try calling to inform them of the situation and no one answered the phone! I called 4 times and the phone hung up on me!! Unacceptable and not ok.. they were SO HARD and cold and rubbery.. now my son refuses to try the nuggets ever again"
