"Came into this establishment at 8:45pm, they close at ten, I was told they stop cooking at 8pm and they had no food but what was available which was 6 nuggets 2 chicken fingers 3 biscuits. Unacceptable Popeyes very disappointing."

"I was an hour from home when I stopped here , by chance due to being rerouted through this town from Birmingham. They were slammed & only had one cashier, I didn't get his name, but he'll know who he is because he was runnIng the store with a manager who couldn't be found. The manager walked in from outside because he had been out back smoking for way too long, when my card declined. My credit union has locked it due to suspicious charges. I felt terrible, apologized, and excused myself to go outside and speak to a representative about unlocking my card. The cashier found the time to serve the rest of the customers, and came outside to find me and said "I got you". He was so kind to me during a moment that was humiliating. I've never experienced customer service like that. I wish I had his name so he could get the recognition he deserves. I hadn't eaten in in over a day due to needing to fast for some blood work. I was starving and tired and this man, who was also tired and worn out from running everything in that restaurant, mostly alone, fed me. I can't say enough. I appreciate you. Whoever you are, sir. I'll never forget you. I'll make a point to go to this location from now on. Hopefully my friend will have received a raise and is the manager next time. All my regards KashaP"
"This Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is located inside the Petro Travel Center in Dodge City, off I-65. I felt like the staff here were a little overwhelmed without the rather large crowd waiting to order and waiting for their oders to be prepared. I waited over 15 minutes for my oder, so I hope that the management will work on that with the staff."
