"I was talked into getting the baby back ribs and honestly... I'll never get them again, they were dry and chewy, I like my baby backs to be juicy and fall off the bone, I'll give em the benefit of doubt here and just figure they were under a warmer for a while since it the time I sat down they were bringing it out to me. Held the ribs in one hand by the bone and they just hung there. Staff was super friendly though and had a smile on their faces."

"It's pretty much self serve now, get your own drinks, utensils, refills and to go box. They did deliver the order to the table and they still want a tip on your card before you eat. All that said, the food was good and I would order again but I'll just get it to go."

"We haven’t been in a while and I’ll have to say I’m not a fan of having to go stand at the counter to order. You are trying to read the menu and decide what to order while people are in line behind you. Using a card you have to leave a tip before you even get any service , the menus is pared down from what it used to be. The food was ok. The bbq meat was a little dry. The French fries were great."

"On 9/29 at the Alabaster location I placed an order under the name Madden like I do almost every Friday. It was for 18 wings and a house salad check 50004 at 6:57 PM. I checked for my sauces but didn’t even think I needed to look at the salad. I got home and the salad was missing over 2/3 lettuce and the plate was most bare! I am including a shocking photo. It had almost no bacon, I ordered double bacon. It was also missing an extra dressing that I ordered. I called and spoke with the female manager and all she said she could do was make me another salad. She would not refund the salad over the phone and kept acting like she couldn’t hear me talking when I could hear her perfectly when I said that was not acceptable. I drove from Coales Branch Circle in Pelham near Home Depot and that is simply unacceptable because my Friday dinner was made wrong. I’m not driving across town to get what I already should have got and spend more time and gas. We have had many orders made incorrectly in the past. Only about 30% of the time everything is perfect. This is not good enough and I won’t be back and am warning you. Beware! Check everything with your order with a fine toothed comb when you pick up here. Everything!"
