Whataburger

"Went to this restaurant on 2-23-24. Ordered online for me and my family and checked in. After waiting 30 minutes (not over exaggerated), I went to the register again and asked how much longer. They forgot that I was there and told me they were out of fries, and they asked to substitute for onion rings. I said yes and asked for my drink cups. They gave me my cups, and there was no ice, ice tea, and the soda was warm. The same person I got the cups from came out to our table and asked if we we had ordered. I said yes, and I reminded her that I spoke with her 2 minutes prior. During this time, there were only 4 other groups that came in, so it wasn't busy. When we finally got our food 10 minutes later, the onion rings were hot, but burgers and chicken were cold."

"Just had a great party melt and hubby had a double cheeseburger. The place was clean, the gentleman taking our order was super polite and thorough, making sure our order was perfect, and even the bathrooms were decent. Would definitely come back."

"This what a burger is a great location with good service, very clean environment and the food has been pretty good. The fries are my only concern, always ask if they are hot and fresh? Every so often they are cold and old and if your not paying attention they will microwave to warm them up but don't be fooled as they will still taste like old fries that were microwaved. Other than that they get a 3 to 4 star."

"Always good. If I get a chance to have a Whataburger, I take it. As always, the staff were helpful and friendly. The burgers are the best."

"We pulled up at 10:26 pm, excited for some whataburger as we dont have one in our home town. Upon pulling into the drive thru, it was a bit of a tight squeeze because of the truck offloading at the time, but we made it around. The lady 2 cars ahead of us told us that it was a 20 minute wait. No big deal, we love whataburger, so we can wait. At 11:06 pm the lady pulled off, the car in front did the same. So we pull up to the speaker excited to place our order. The lady in the drive thru speaker told us it was a 20 minute wait. She had a bit of an attitude. I mentioned that someone said 20 minutes, 20 minutes ago, and she said the truck just showed up (obvious lie) and theres noone to make food while the truck is there. Idk if this staff just diddnt want to work, or if whataburger isnt truley 24 hours or what, but this was super bad experience. To add, after getting out of line to look for somewhere else to eat, at 11:12 they were serving again, and there were 6 cars in line at this point"
