"The overall experience was negative. As soon as you walk in it smells almost like sewage. Our kids were hungry so we still decided to order. One of the women working made my 10yr old son cry because she snapped at him when he asked to exchange a sauce that they gave to us busted. No one offered any apology when I told them I didn't appreciate the way my son was talked to. Fries were cold."
"Customer service could use a little work here but overall a great experience and the food was very good. I think they're late night crew might be a little grumpy sometimes, but with a little bit of coaching could definitely bring them up to a five-star. Overall a good experience as they got the job done fast and the fries were hot and fresh."
"It was pretty dirty when we got here but we were short on time and ordered anyway. Food was typical so it really came down to the environment which was pretty low energy and not very clean. We did get the food super fast though."
"Nice McDonald's. I got my breakfast to go. They cooked it very fast. I got plain latte, sausage egg McMuffin, and oatmeal. Everything was delicious and cooked well. The staff was nice. This McDonald's looked clean. But the floor needed some cleaning. It was morning but already dirty floor."
