"The store manager, Robert, was honestly on another level. I was on a road trip, staying at the nearby Holiday Inn, and woke up to my car not starting. It was about 15° outside, and the battery wouldn't take a jump. I called the Express Oil Change, and explained my situation and told him I didn't have any tools with me. Robert shows up about 15 minutes later with a battery and swaps out my old for a new. Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem. I had a bad starter. He calls me later in the day, and tells me he can't get one until Thursday. It's Saturday mind you, and I am not loving the idea of having to extend my stay. I'm out of options, so I tell him to do his thing. On Monday, I get a phone call and he tells me my car is ready. I was in the process of renting a car to head home with the intention of picking my car up later. Come to find out, Robert made a personal trip to Northern Birmingham, found the part I needed, and had the mechanic put it in Monday morning. I couldn't believe it and am extremely grateful for everything he did for me. Thanks again Robert! You have no idea how appreciative I am."
