"We just had dinner here and it was so good! We were seated and our server came right to our table. I didn’t catch her name but she was super friendly! Food came out pretty quick and it was fresh and flavorful. Loved the ribs! Will definitely recommend to others."
"Really good, bbq. We had the chicken leg quarter plate and pork sandwich plate. Let me tell yall that chicken was awesome. Crispy, mahogany skin, tender juicy meat smoked to absolute perfection. My husband enjoyed his pork sandwich, but I was so happy I ordered the chicken. We even got Brunswick stew to go."
"Johnny's is a local's spot with unpretentious food at good prices. We got there at 10:57 for an 11:00 opening on a Thursday and were behind half a dozen locals, so I knew right then we were in for a treat. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich as I do pretty much every new-to-me BBQ place in the Southeast and it was very good. This is a sweet BBQ spot, a bit sauce heavy, but forgivable. We also had the BBQ nachos, which were exactly what you would imagine as Neo-southern comfort food. Service was very quick, price point was great, zero complaints. Food comes out quick and hot, I know I am not alone in having experienced the opposite at several smaller town BBQ places. Could eat here all day. My only regret is not ordering one of the potatoes =)"
"I got the pork Bbq sandwich and fries. The fries are really good and so is the ranch! I’d go back just for the fries and ranch honestly. The bbq is a sweet bbq. I prefer a more vinegar bbq. It was good though. Service was friendly. I will definitely be going back."
"They were very friendly. The food was very good. Good portions. My wife had the Pork BBQ plate and I had the stuffed baked potato. I really enjoyed the stuffed tator. Nice and clean as well."
