"While visiting from New Jersey on my Christmas Vacation I went to Wendy's in Good Hope on 437 it was a very long day with both of my grandchildren (boys 10 & 6) they wanted to try the new mint Frosty so we went there it was very hectic during lunch the place was packed lunch was good kids didn't eat everything had to get bags to go they were very gracious about giving me everything I needed with two boys who needed this and that and the other thing me running back and forth to get it the workers were overwhelmed but always had a smile on their face amongst all this gridlock. I left my pocketbook on the chair drove a half hour home went into a panic when I realized I did not have my pocketbook I called Wendy's they had it they put it in their back room to keep it safe, I drove a half hour back and my pocketbook was safe and sound everything still in it. God watches over me and he will bless each and every one of those workers at this Wendy's .Thank you all for your kindness and may God bless each and everyone of you and may you all have a very merry Christmas"

"Went through the drive through and my sweet grandma was trying to order and the lady working the drive through was incredibly rude to her, multiple times, my grandmother kept asking her what all size chicken nuggets they have the women wouldn't listen to her without cutting her off. I finally ended up asking her why she was being so rude, she then refused to serve us. I've worked customer service for 10+years and have never talked to anyone the way she talked to us. I asked to speak with the manager she said she is the manager."

"There was a person at the counter who must have been training because they kept having to ask another worker to help them take our order. They informed us straight off the bat that they were out of a lot of things. Tried to order a peppermint frosty and they said they couldn’t find the peppermint stuff. Tried to order some sort of loaded nacho menu item, they didn’t have the right bun for it but I didn’t have a problem with that. The cook said they could use a regular one, he was polite and good with the customers. I thought from the picture menu that I was getting a chicken sandwich item but what I got was a double burger. I think they must carry both a loaded nacho burger and loaded nacho chicken sandwich. They never asked which I meant when I said loaded nacho, but I should have been more attentive and noticed that they carry both. Burgers themselves weren’t all that great, but I’m not a huge fan of Wendy’s in general and I had a cold so I couldn’t taste the food to its full potential. Both napkin dispensers at the self serve station were completely empty. We asked a worker on the floor about more and they said we’d have to go up to counter and ask the other staff instead of going to the back themselves and taking initiative. This place could use some major improvements."

"I am driving back to Minnesota from Florida and my family decided to stop and eat here, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had a Wendy’s the line was so slow and overall it took us almost an hour to order our food and receive our food. The line honestly wasn’t even that long it was just the service. Overall I will not be returning this place ever I’d rather not eat then go here. The food was also mid. 0/10 do not recommend."
