"I’ve purchased many items from this shop over the years. Recently, I purchased a $10 pair of earrings. And by accident I ordered the same earrings twice. I wrote and kindly asked if I could get a different pair of earrings for the same price or a different color. I wasn’t even trying to get my money back. I was told simply, no. After all the money I have spent over the years, I wasn’t even offered a store credit. Just on principle, I will not shop with them again. Do better Discount Divas."

"I've never had any issues with Discount Divas in the past and have always been happy with my orders, until now. I placed an order 12/26 and it did not ship until 1/10. An email was sent out about the shipping delay stating that they had fixed the issue and shipping would be as normal. I placed another order 1/14 and it still hasn't shipped, 3 weeks later. Now they're saying 3 weeks for shipping and when I tried to cancel, they said they would just give me store credit back. There wasn't any indication that shipping was going to take that long again and I felt like there could be a better resolution than just store credit. Probably will not order from them again."

"I placed my order 14 days ago (1/17/24) and my items still haven’t been shipped. I reached out a few days ago and was told to wait that my order will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Today marks the 10th business day since I placed my order and again my items haven’t even left the warehouse yet. I definitely should have read the reviews before ordering from this boutique because it seems like they have a long track record of not being able to fulfill their customers orders within a timely manner. I do not recommend and won’t order from them again."

"I’ve shopped over 7 years at online boutique shops. I recently found discount diva in October. I watched DD go through quite a shipping issue this holiday. They were very transparent on this issue and gave updates. I was able to receive all the items I purchased before Christmas. I cannot say the same for the other boutiques. Their customer service was kind. Yes I saw I delay during the holiday in response but they still got back to me and were considerate and nice. I cannot say the same as other boutiques. They really do try their best and make customers their priority."

"I placed my first order with Discount Divas (DD) on November 27, 2023. The order was for a sweatshirt and sweatpants matching outfit both medium. I immediately received a 3XL sweatshirt on December 4, 2023. There was no enclosed shipping invoice which made me wary about the purchase that I had just made and charged to my credit card. I emailed and messaged DD twice and only received an auto-generated response which stated, "Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We find the least expensive shipping option to be First Class with tracking." This did not address my situation. I felt that this was wrong and no reputable retailer would do this; however, I was in receipt of an item that I could not use and had paid for. Only after I addressed my concerns via the comments on the DD "Facebook Live" platform was the issue addressed. A representative emailed me immediately that night. I was informed that the medium shirt that I had ordered was no longer in stock, for me to keep the shirt that I had received, and that I would be refunded the charges. I returned the sweatshirt at my expense and because I knew that I was doing the right thing. I have requested that the pants be cancelled and the charges be refunded, but have had no response for this request. I only gave two-stars because someone finally responded, addressed my issues, and corrected the mistake with the shirt. I will give DD until Monday, December 11, before I contest charges for the pants. After I posted this review, an email was sent to me stating that the pants were refunded."
