"Terrible First time I ordered I got trucked into paying much more then the original price It said $100 for faster delivery and it came to much more So I gave them another chance with regular delivery Here it is over a month of the quoted delivery date and I am still waiting I wish I had read google reviews first Never again Stay away"

"20 of 25 hoodies had to be sent back because the logo was off center or rotated. Horrible customer service. Still waiting, original order placed 10 weeks ago and they have not started the replacements order. DO NOT USE!!"

"So disappointed, deserves 0 stars. Ordered sweatshirts in September. Took over a month to get 24 sweatshirts. Finally received them and the print was really poorly done, placement of a simple pocket logo was almost at the shoulder, super strange. I asked for a remake, they offered to allow me to pay for another order with a % discount. I could not believe they would ask me for more money to get an order corrected. Finally they said they would reprint after going rounds over email and phone calls, they required me to ship the bad ones back, so much time on my side for 24 sweatshirts, it is now mid December and I just received my "fixed" sweatshirts. All of them are printed crooked, front and back are so obviously crooked. It is a simple one color print with a chest pocket logo and a back logo. I write this to warn you, you do not want to order from this company. Customer service and product is way below expectations. Such a waste of money and so much time."

"I have placed an order for a veteran organization . I had ordered on Nov 2nd . Still have not received my order. Shipmate continues to change. I am very disappointed that a company would take advantage of a United States veteran. Who know if I will ever get this order."

"I wish i could put zero stars. We placed an order on September 19th for 24 shirts that was $550. We were updated on October 6th about adding a different color to the t-shirts. We never received any updates until we reached out on November 8th to which they decided to let us know that they didn’t have a color for our women’s t-shirt. So if we never reached out and asked for an update, they wouldn’t have let us know. We told them to just make the t-shirts black and to let us know when the order would be ready. The woman replying named Hannah let us know it would be completed by the end of that week if not the following week and they would send the tracking info when completed. The end of the following week on November 17th, we reached out once again and were told that the following week it would be ready. November 22nd, reached out again and were told the order would be ready that day and instead of shipping it out, we could go pick the order up since our store is near by. Monday the 27th, we reached out to go pick up the order but were told that there was a misprint and the order would be completed the next day the 28th. The next day, we were told there would be another delay. Wednesday we were told it would be ready by 4pm. We send someone to go pick up the order and when they looked through the order to make sure everything was there, we were still missing two shirts. They made them literally in 5 minutes. I just don’t understand how a company whose slogan is “speed, reliability, price” took 3 months to halfway finish an order with TERRIBLE communication. It is clear that small businesses don’t matter to businesses like 5boys who clearly prioritize bigger businesses. Take your business to local places instead, don’t waste your time or your money."
