"21 June 2022 Can't say enough about how much I appreciate Zach and his team. Just picked up my truck after having a 100K service and oil / filter change service performed. Amazing service as it was completed within 24 hours--something that just doesn't happen much anymore these days. Exemplary customer service once again. Thank you Zach!!! April 2022 I should have posted this back on 24 Feb 2022....... I had a fluid leak on my 2016 F350 / 6.7L. Three (3) separate Ford dealerships could not schedule an appointment for several weeks (one was four (4) months out). I then found Trutorque Diesel Specialist LLC and am so thankful I did. Zach and his team were able to book me an appointment within days of my calling and had the truck fixed / back in service within five (5) business days. Absolutely amazing service and Zach was such a pleasure to deal with. He patiently answered my questions and upheld every commitment he made with me. The quality of service was top notch. "I started on a head-gasket replacement for my 2006 Duramax and quickly realized I was in over my head. I called Zack at TruTorque and cautiously asked him if he would be interested in taking on my project even though I had already started on it. There was no hesitation on his end and he got me on the schedule. His team sorted all my parts out that had been piled in the back seat of the truck, got all my new parts installed, and had the truck back together nicely! The only problem was the new turbo I had supplied ended up being defective. I asked Zack to remove the new (defective) turbo after completing the large head gasket job and install a new one. He agreed with no hesitation and was more accommodating and patient than I would expect anyone to be given how long it took for me to sort out. He is a very busy shop (for good reason) and there is no doubt my situation was disruptive to his schedule, but he never once made me feel that way. I recommend him 200% to anyone that needs diesel work done in North Alabama or Southern Tennessee. You might find other good diesel mechanics around, but I guarantee you won’t find a better overall experience."
