"I don't know why I even bother trying to shop here other than it's the only option in Cullman. They are always out of what I need. The staff tends to be rude and overall not interested in making eye contact much less answering general questions. Very unwelcoming vibe."

"Store was not welcoming at all! I had an exchange that I needed help with. The associate offered to hold my item up front then I had to request help to find them item which the cashier dropped me off in an incorrect spot and didn’t verify if the item was there or if I needed further assistance. Then I started waking around the store and two associates magically appeared to help. I’m not sure if they were following me around or not. I was then informed the item wasn’t sold in store, but the front associates could order it. I go to the front to process my exchange. Two associates were available, but instead one was on her phone and the other was on a register but left after doing something on the computer. The one on her phone then came over to process the refund with no mention of ordering the product as I requested. I asked her about it, and she seemed uninterested in helping me further. I would definitely skip this store and town, if you are not part of the monolithic demographic of this town."
