"Ordered to-go, got home 30+ min away to realize there was no chicken on either of the salads we ordered and the grilled chicken sandwich was made with chicken salad. Refused to refund. Instructed us to drive the hour round trip for "vouchers" then commit another round trip tomorrow for a manager to issue refund."
"It's been awhile, but I have ate at McAlisters for many years. The food was always fresh, very good, and the service was as well. Welcome to Tthe post pandemic restaurant culture. While this location is new and very clean, few customers were there, and even fewer workers. I have had the McAlisters Club many times, but I was shocked when it came out. The sandwich was very unimpressive and tasted like - cardboard. They could add the chips to the plate so it appears as larger. The wheat bread was possibly litely toasted, but more likely stale and dry. This lunch was almost $14 with tea and chips. I think this will be my last trip."
