"NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS! I'm out $80 on a bad rim I bought here. Too rusted to hold pressure. I paid to have a perfectly good tire mounted on it & the tire went flat overnight."
"Was able to locate the part I had needed online by using their parts catalog system. When I arrived it was pretty busy, and wasn't aware that I had to pull my own car part (luckily I didn't need any tools). Their prices were a bit on the higher end, and they wouldn't haggle any cheaper (since a new part was only $10 more). All in all 4/5 stars, and one thing that stuck out was their refund policy. Unlike pull-a-part, I was told ABC Auto Parts offers a full refund."
"I was there yesterday with my friend and we received horrible customer service. First we were greeted very rudely and then we were judged. My friend had a hickey on his neck which I will be honest it’s no the best sight but a very rude elderly woman was judging him and basically calling him scum because of those hickeys even though it was not her life or her place to cast judgement and then when we told her we did not care about her opinion she rudely said they didn’t have any cars without even asking which type we were looking for."
