"Use to be my favorite place to eat in cullman now it sucks. Ask for gravy, they put ranch. They asked if I wanted sauce w my cheese curds and I said Mariana, they gave no sauce. I asked for Dr Pepper and they gave me sweet tea."

"We hadn't ate at DQ for several years but decided to try it yesterday and was very impressed. Ordered onion rings and they were piping hot, the way I like them only not very many for the money. Also got two sandwiches which were real fresh and good. Went back today got fish sandwich and it was delicious and hamburger all real fresh. This will be our new go to place so don't let us down. So far everything has been the best. Sure wish you had pork tenderloin sandwiches and fried mushrooms.YUM!!!!"

"Where to begin? Idiots cutting in the drive thru because even Cullman is a "me first" kind of town now. Not surprisingly it was some good ol boy INNA BIGGO PICKEM UP TRUCK, HYUK HYUK. Probably in a rush to go kiss his sister. Anyway, that's not the reason for the poor rating. First of all, it took forever to get the food. We were asked to pull up after already waiting for quite a while, meaning we'd be waiting even longer. The lady taking the drive thru orders rushed us so badly, I almost couldn't finish our order and even forgot to order some things anyway. She says "Will that be all?" Less than 2 seconds later: "drive around!" Didn't even get a chance to say yes or no. Stop rushing your customers. Not everyone eats Dairy Queen 7 days a week. We finally get the food. Drive away. The "large fries" had about 12 fries in a box. The drinks tasted awful and watery. Both burgers were messed up badly. The only good thing was the chick that brought the food out. She was hot! The star is for her."

"I went through the drive thru last night and the service was just disappointing. They couldn’t keep track of the orders and I paid for a different order than mine. Granted it was less, but it could have been more than what I ordered. Id recommend they ask what order they have first before the customer pays. Secondly, I had ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard with snickerdoodle BASE. Not the dough, the base. All the ingredients were on top, it was made wrong, and it wasn’t blended well. It had all the vanilla ice cream at the bottom. If you have a new staff, I highly recommend thorough training. Considering the new owners don’t really care, I doubt this location will get any better. I used to work there and I cared about every single order that went through there because if I were that customer, I’d want the best service I can get. They simply seem like they do not care. It’s sad. I miss the former owners that cared for their business and their community. That just doesn’t seem to matter to the new owners. Do better and be better."

"Eating ice cream on a hot day is always a treat for me especially when we're going through an excessive heat wave. I tried the Blizzard Flavor of the Month-the Oreo & Brownie Brookie. I thought it was pretty good even though the ice cream 3/4 of the way down wasn't mixed. It was plan vanilla ice cream. I'd still get this Blizzard Flavor again even if it's not mixed all of the way down, but I do hope next time it is. Both my Husband & Sister had the Extreme Brownie Blizzard. Theirs were mixed all of the way to the bottom."
