"I hate this BK. Won't ever spend my money there. Attitude is stank, food order not right. Have to wait a lloooonnnnggggg time just to place my order when there are ONLY 2 PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE- THRU!!!! PITIFUL"
"Purchased three whoopers with cheese combos the food was cold and old. Called the store to complain about it and they requested the food back but I explained to the manager that the food was for my diabetic aunt's and that there sugar was dropping so they went ahead and ate it despite the fact so wasn't able to return it. The manager was nonchalant about the situation and didn't bother to replace or refund my money.....even though I had the receipt."
"The owners of this place should be ashamed. The service is poor, the parking lot is trashed, and the staff is grossly rude. I've attempted to order here on two different occasions, and the staff was so rude I left both times. It's like the staff hate you for coming to patronize. The only reason I went back a second time was due to my absent mindedness.. But I'll be sure to remember here on out. DO BETTER!"
"Ordered whopper, no mayo but it had mayonnaise which makes me ill! I took a couple of bites and realized I couldn't eat it. I did not take it back because I didn't want to talk with the rude young lady who informed customers they had no lettuce and tomatoes. However the lady in charge was very nice but still I would have had to go through the younger girl. Also most tables had not been cleaned and the ice dispenser was very slow or nearly out of ice. Not a good experience."
