"While traveling from the FL panhandle to OH we started have issues with our truck and we were pulling a uhaul trailer. Long story short we called about 3 or 4 different locations and they were unable to get us in immediately. When we called Al’s the receptionist was extremely friendly and caring. She said they could look at the truck and didn’t want to leave us stranded. Al called us back as soon as he returned and just by talking with us determined the issue and ordered parts. When we arrived Al worked on the truck himself and they provided our poor pups some water. They went above and beyond and we are so thankful for them and their service. If we lived closer they would be our go-to shop."
