"My wife and I went in at about 745. Our waitress was slammed while every other waitress and the manager if you wanna call her that were just taking turns flirting with some goofy dude in the corner. I don't mind a wait tho like I said our waitress was good. I don't like the wait for underdone fried pickles that had raw batter... Informed someone that works in the kitchen, she didn't care, still got billed... Wife got a burger just pouring grease which made her immediately nauseated, I had some rubbery chicken wings. Spent with top 55 dollars for food I wouldn't give to my dog and an atmosphere that has to many kids and no leader. Thanks for nothing wild wings, such an embarrassment. PS let's not play the game you've played on the last 100 bad reviews where you put some generic response deflecting."

"Food was just ok, mine was kind of dry and wasn’t hot. We had a group of 10 and 12% was automatically added to the bill.it was over priced in my opinion. TV’s everywhere to watch sports very very loud atmosphere"

"Overpriced and I can’t believe they charge for the sides. I don’t eat here much and was wondering why my meal was expensive. It’s not worth eating here. Our waiter she did a good job of making sure we had refills and that’s always good. But this place is not worth it just because people wanna come here and watch a football game. When I ask for coffee even though on the menu, it’s no longer available, but all the alcohol you can drink is available….. which I don’t drink"

"Dry, bland wings; wilted salad; fries were good when dipped in garlic parmesan.... Service at the restaurant was super slow at 515 on a Tuesday night. We waited 15 minutes to pickup a Togo order..... Over priced, underwhelming, and wish I would have gone to another local spot instead."

"It's time for real talk. Customers understand the idea of work shortages, "We're short staffed, people didn't show up, etc." But really? Veteran's free meal day? One of the busiest times of the year? People were waiting 30 to 50 minutes and the dining room is 1/3 full (see pics)?? At some point, you've got to buck up and realize you will cease having customers if you don't do better. It's that simple. And on a side note, it's so much pressure on the staff who do show up, they make mistakes just from the stress and impossibility of taking care of dozens of people. Do better. It's not even about the food! RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE RECEIVED MINUTES AGO Leadership doesn't get it. We're not all out to get free food! I'm trying to help your business and your employees, all of them. Even after seeing this review, what has management done today to get the desperate help your floor workers are needing? This week? This month? Guess what? It doesn't matter what you have done regardless, because it hasn't solved the problem. And owners, if your management can't get the job done, it's time for new management. If not, you, the owners are completely at fault. Not being one bit hateful. Just real talk. But owners, honestly, I think you have zero idea what happens on a day to day behind the scenes. Do you think we as customers don't see the egregious turnover? Do you think we don't hear staff and management and employees arguing in the back? Do you think Alabama has ever come in 2nd Place in the town gossip category? This is no huge metropolitan! Owners, did you see the pictures? Did you see the empty dining room on Veteran's Day at lunch rush? Secondary problem: lack of staff and people not showing up Root Problem: Leadership"
