"Someone in my party has a dairy allergy, and we stopped by here while on the road. We ordered crunch wrap supremes with no cheese or sour cream and they were both made with sour cream. When we called to ask for a refund, they said they had two similar orders come in at the same time so they must have gotten them mixed up. So if you’re doing any kind of substitutions, you might want to look for other taco bells."
"I drive and extra ten minutes out if my way to come to this store because this one always exceeds My expectations and tonight I was reminded again exactly why. I had an issue with my order and it ended up not even being their fault it fell back on door dash. But their willingness to fix my issue and the professionalism of their staff and management was as good as it gets. I will continue to drive out of my way to visit this store. They knocked it out if the park tonight! Thank you! I appreciate the level of awesome you guys provide!"
"So I was setting with my 2 sisters and my dad and eating and this old lady came up to us she was lost prob has old timers she was calling us her grand kids and all that touching my younger sister hair so my dad made her sent down and he just made her stay calm so nothing happens so my dad went up to the front to ask for the manager and ask her to call the local police she responded rudely and said were to busy and it’s not our problem luckily we found a emergency car we told him about it and they help the old lady"
"It's been about a month since my visit, I love taco bell ! However this time I remember well I snuck over to taco. Bell . Getting a quick fix, without the people at home knowing. I had asked for extra red sauce I love that the most !!! So it being dark I felt a wetness in my bag but being in a hurry trying to eat fast after eating my first item I needed another sauce I bought three . I then felt and turning on light to find both other sauce the lid s were not put on good. Other than a really big mess, it was nice clean inside the lobby and outside was kept up and looked nice. The employees were nice. Food was great, as usual !!!"
"Paid 20 dollars for a meal only to find this in the nacho cheese manager didn't even offer a refund she said she could replace the cheese NO THANK YOU also said she didn't have nobody with black hair on her shift. hair nets personal hygiene should be a must in the food industry!!!! Do better!!!!"
