"Horrible customer service! Horrible customer engagement! Manager acts as if she is a regular employee and will not honor any mistakes made by other employees. My son's kids meal was missing apple slices and his chicken nuggets were burnt. I would not recommend ANYONE to eat at this establishment!! It would be a waste of your hard earned money!!"
"Both lanes were open for them to only take from one side after I sat there for 15 min. If they can't work both sides they don't need to be in drive thru. This experience was ridiculous. I will not be visiting this company for a while. They just lost a real valuable customer."
"They are the worst McDonald’s ever. So I placed a curbside order to pick up on my way to work. I pull up and park in the mobile order spot I sat and watched them push out drive thru orders for ten minutes before going in. As soon as I walk in the lady says my name and slams the food down and continues to say “we don’t go outside when it’s raining WELL ATLEAST I DONT, I KNOW I DONT” And walks away telling me I gotta make your tea so not only did I have to get out of my vehicle but you’re making me wait 10 more minutes. This restaurant needs to be either shut down or hire new staff members. They’re very unprofessional and rude!"
"Sub par establishment. Ray Kroc would be disgusted how things have turned out. I had to wait thirty minutes for a Big Mac combo meal and an apple pie. The cashier had a sour attitude. I would give minus 10 stars if possible. The employees were being loud that the store could hear every word. Food quality gas also fine down since 2020. I truly believe the McDonald's we once knew is gone."
"Placed order through mobile app. For to window they couldn't find my order. Showed her my order she still got it wrong. Had to wait on nuggets and so furor to give me my fries. Waited an 11additional 10 minutes for my corrected order and still didn't get my fries. This is unacceptable. She didn't apologize she didn't get my order right and this was a manager at that."
