"Could not get any assistance at the jewelry counter, employees would look at me and turn their heads. Called the store from the counter and pressed 9 for a manager, he said he would page someone for me, stood there for 15 minutes and tried to call back and he would no longer answer the phone, the girl that was supposed to be working the area was wandering the store avoiding her work because apparently it was 10 minutes until time for her to clock out as we watched her go to the break room and leave. An employee that had no clue what she was doing then tried to assist us and apologized the entire time. It was very absurd."

"The store was clean and organized. I primarily focused on the big and tall section today. The big and tall section was neither big nor tall. Hopefully they'll get a bigger selection in the future. The staff members I spoke to were courteous and friendly. I've been here several times and recommend it to others."
