"This place has got to be the most overrated brand ever. The wait time is so bad always, and I understand you always have customers, but we can straight up see people who aren’t working. Along with this, the prices are so so over what the norm could be. There are so many local coffee shops that do not get nearly the attention this overpriced place does. Their drinks don’t even taste the same each time. Last time, I got the cookie crumble and it was literally shaved ice with whipped cream. No sweetness. To top the cherry, they support a country that I cannot agree with. If you’re going to do all of this, at least be discreet. No hate Starbucks, but you could definitely benefit with some lower prices. #ceasefire"
"Extremely disappointed. No one in line in front of me or behind me when face-to-face inside the store. Was told it would be at least 15 min for my one order of coffee due to online mobile orders. Wow - this is absolutely terrible customer service. I was speechless - I am really hoping this is not the norm."
"Disrespectfully slow. I ordered for in store pick in store my drink sat in the drive thru window for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and asked my name. I would’ve asked for refund but had somewhere to be."
"Never a great experience. I retry the Starbucks every time I go to this target and it’s always bad. I’ve been going for years and it’s always understaffed even before Covid, they never make my drink right and it’s SO SLOW. Like I’m saying 5 minutes for a couple drinks."
