"Never really been a big shopper here but went in on a whim and caught some cute things on sale and loved them and have been back and caught more cute things on sale. If I can catch sales like this all the time I will keep going back"

"Clean & well organized store. Made it easier to locate the areas you need to shop in. They carry a lil bit of everything for everyone. Prices seemed high for correctly sized jeans. I did find a cute pair of sandals & socks here. The prices they advertise, I never seem to catch. Hope you find yours tho. Not my favorite store."

"Please go to another store! Madison Old Navy is much more professional and understanding. The manager Pam would not issue me a refund for an item that they said I picked up, but I did not. When I asked to speak to the Regional Manager I was told by Pam it would be pointless, because the RM doesn’t get things done! Crazy to me seeing as Pam didn’t even issue me a refund for an item that the store said I picked up, yet did not. She was very unprofessional from the beginning of our conversation. It’s sad really that she works in customer service. If you don’t know how to properly communicate with customers in a kind, understanding and professional manner, then go work somewhere else plain and simple!"

"My first time there. It's a nice store. Lots and lots of choices in casual clothes. Many sale discounts and large clearance sections. I didn't have to ask for help but wasn't asked by a sales person either. The prices are reasonable. Recommend"
