"Wednesday 1-10-2024 4:30p I just left the drive thru literally no one acknowledged I was at the speaker to take my order. I saw no signs posted of this location being closed. There was 5 autos in the spaces where the employees park. I really wanted Sonic today before I went to work. People if you don't want to work just go home."
"Typical fast food, however it is not fast even if you order from the app! Had to walk up to check on the order as no one would answer the call button. Good tots and foot long cheese coney."
"Drive thru is always slow. It always takes 2-3 minutes for them to ask for my order. Young female worker said they have 5 minutes to ask and that they are short staffed when I complained. Then I had to repeat my order twice and drink order 3 times. They act like they have never worked at sonic before and it’s the same manager every time. They are just foolishly slow and don’t really pay any attention I will start going to the Helton Drive sonic from now on."
"Chicken fingers were dried out, hard and cold. Me and my little boy couldn’t eat them. We had to go get dinner somewhere else. I asked for no cheese on the hamburger because my little girl is dairy intolerant and we got a cheese burger. Toast was not Texas toast and had no butter. The staff was polite."
