"Decent staff, but the food and drinks were extremely underwhelming. EXTREMELY! We ordered the special, the steak/shrimp&rice/bkd potato that was featured. The one that's on the flip menu, backed by a country musician, with his picture on it and all, (can't remember his name) So, we're thinking for the price, it would reflect the picture. Nope. It was really bad. REALLY bad..The steak was tough and awful dry, the bed of rice was a no show all together! lol It was supposed to be a shrimp skewer on a bed of rice, but it was just charcoal rubbery shrimp on nothing, we paid for rice and didn't get it lol. The baked potato was supposed to be a sweet potato, but they weren't available, and that was honestly ok, things happen, But the rest was unacceptable! My other two guests ordered fish, I kid you not, when they brought these plates out I 100% thought they accidentally ordered a KIDS MEAL! It was embarrassing! Embarrassing bc I recommended Logan's. The margaritas weren't tequila lol they were literally soooo watered down, my dog could've drank them.. I hate complaining, and that's the reason why we asked for the check, still tipped our waitress (she was great) and promptly left without causing a scene, or complaining. Logan's isn't the Logan's it once was in the years past. And, for 120+ bucks that we spent. We were all highly disappointed. So, if you're going out once in a blue moon like we do, don't spend a dime here. I absolutely mean that. It's atrocious."

"Won’t be back here for awhile. We came in around 730 and were surprised that it was as crowded as it was, but we were happy to wait for a table. It was just two of us and the wait was right in line with what we were told (25-30 minutes). We sat down and talked for just a couple minutes. Who I can only assume was supposed to be our waitress told us she would be with us in just a minute. No problem. They’re busy. After about 10 minutes another waitress comes by having noticed that we still have no drinks. She offers to bring some waters and put in our drinks. She said she let our waitress know that she put them in. No problem. They’re busy. Nearly 15 more minutes goes by and we have not seen our waitress or our drinks. So we decide we’ll get up and leave. We stop to let the hostess know the situation. We just want to make sure she doesn’t sit someone else in that section because clearly…they are over seating and stretched thin. She simply says “ok” and looks right back down at her iPad. Not an apology or thanking us for letting her know. Very disappointing experience for us. By then it was also too late for us to go to a nice dinner."

"It's been quite some time since I've been to a Logan's restaurant. My family and I stopped by for dinner yesterday evening. The peanuts must be a thing of the past because there was none in sight. The restaurant was pretty empty, but we had to wait to be seated because it was during shift change. The restaurant was clean. The menu wasn't as extensive as I remember. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin (well done), loaded baked potato, and ceasar salad. I had to remind the waitress that I ordered a salad. It was served after my steak and potato. My steak was definitely not well done, but it was very flavorful. It was good, so there were no complaints from me, but some parts of the steak would definitely be a little too pink for others who ordered well done. My daughter was disappointed that the second batch of rolls didn't have butter on top. Overall, it was a nice meal."

"Phenomenal!!!!!!!!!! A+++ We have been going to this Logan's since they opened their doors, and for many, many years, they were my favorite restaurant. Over the past 5-10 years, it seems as though they had severely deteriorated in everything from food quality to service (at one point I could honestly see them having to shut the doors if something didn't improve). I was heartbroken and in search of a new favorite restaurant. We stopped going to Logan's for the most part until December 28, 2023. I was taking my ex-husband out to eat for his birthday after driving home from working in Kentucky that day. He wanted catfish, but all the good catfish restaurants were going to be within 45 minutes of closing upon our arrival at any of them, and we don't want to go in at the last minute. We drove around town, and every place was packed out from Buffalo Wild Wings to Outback and probably 10-15 other restaurants around town. We decided after about 30 minutes to an hour of driving around, to go to Logan's. He said, "It's better than nothing, right?". I agreed. We sat up at a booth by the bar and ordered loaded tater skins for an appetizer. The waitress came back and said that they were out. We waited on the fresh, hot yeast rolls, and when she brought them out, they had not "proofed" correctly and were small and hard. Our expectations were low when we came in, so we just kind of shrugged it off and laughed about it. We each ordered the 16oz ribeye with baked potato. When they brought them out, they looked gloriously mouth watering. We could have probably cut them with a butter knife. They were so tender and juicy and perfectly grilled. They were the most delicious steaks that I have tasted in a decade (I am not exaggerating, and I have eaten a LOT of steak in the last decade). A man named Dennis was the one that we found out was the grill master that created these mouth-watering delights. If you go for steak, I would call first and ask if he is working. Our waitress was fantastic!!! My ex-husband was super thirsty when we arrived and polished off his first glass of sweet tea within a couple of moments of our arrival. Our waitress had his glass refilled before it was empty, and the next two or three glasses went the same way. She was super sweet, attentive, courteous, responsive, and took care of each and every customer like they were her only one and most important. I didn't find out until we were almost finished with our meal that she was 5 months pregnant. I remember being pregnant, and she had to have been dead on her feet, but she had a smile on her face that lit up the room, and I would have never known. I don't know how she did it, but she was incredible!!! We called the manager over before we left and let her know how much they had made our night, and how impressed we were with the service and quality of the steak and baked potatoes (the potatoes would melt and your mouth and had a wonderful taste too). We let Dennis know how much we enjoyed his perfectly crafted steaks. We let our waitress know how much we appreciated her and the incredible job that she did. P.S. The prep staff is new and learning with the rolls, so I am sure that they will be their normal, delicious, mouth water quality in no time. We all had to learn how to do something or make something at one point in our lives or another... they will get there, I'm sure. P.P.S. Sorry to say we did not take pictures of this delicious food, we just gave thanks for it and began relishing every delicious bite."

"Went here for my wife’s work Christmas meal. First of all everyone got their meals at different times so there was 2 tables eating while others waited and the excuse was because the orders were put in in spurts. Don’t understand that if you took everyone’s order at the same time why wouldn’t you put them in together so people can eat together. Finally got our food the last table. And our steaks were awful ordered medium and got well done so well it took forever to chew my wife’s was the same. I didn’t see any pink just gray. Thank goodness for my bake potato and salad. And one of the young lady literally got her meal after everyone had ate because they took her food to another table so she was eating alone. Got my ticket and saw that they still had the steak on there I asked her did she expect me to pay for a steak I couldn’t eat she said well I can take it off and told her yes I am going to need you to take it off. The service wasn’t the best I feel like they focused on the table where the person was paying for the employees meal and nobody else. A co worker and my wife woke up the next next feeling sick. Wondering if it was because of the food that looked old and overcooked. One thing is for sure we will never eat there again."
