"Me and Mom had lunch today here at Jackson Montevallo and it was good but there was a lot of employees standing around behind the counter I don't understand that so you know the services okay brand new building looks good but I did not see any health score showing on any wall in this restaurant"

"Look I'm honestly not a fan of Jack's food other than their breakfast, but the new look and atmosphere is worth 5 stars, and the customer service has always been top notch. So I'm not going to complain. I'll just leave a rating off the food since I can't fairly say without being biased."

"I love going to this Jack's so glad they reopened so I could stop walking all the way down for other places. Only issues I'm having their website isn't working when it comes to ordering and usually when I put no gravy on the mashed potatoes they put it on there anyway. So I usually have to check before hand and ask for another one. Just the other day when I walked in the cold they gave me my mashed potatoes but had gravy on it but this time they messed up my whole sandwich I like mine plain and paper stuck to it said "no lettuce, no tomato, no mayo" lord and behold thick sandwich with all of that on it. I was home and just ate my fries. But the sandwich is the best part, I almost cried over it (I'm pregnant so hormones lol) so I had to walk in the dark in the cold to tell them to fix it I brought the mashed potatoes for them to fix as well. It was start of my bad night cause I came home with my cats that peed on multiple of my stuff. I was so upset I didn't eat my food until 30 minutes later I got home."

"Love the newly rebuilt Montevallo Jack’s! With the high ceilings, seems so much bigger. The new seating areas are well laid out and gives you good choice of booth or table. The corporate people are doing a good job of training the employees and we hope their lessons stay with the employees. The food is always good, but has taken a step up with the enhanced care from the cooks and handlers. Thank you Jack’s for the new store and good luck on your next rebuild."

"I've been a few times and it's been fine but this time I ordered a #1 plain with cheese and you could very obviously tell the toppings were just scraped off and that it wasnt a new burger. Quite disappointed especially since it was on the way and didnt have time to go back. This is honestly unacceptable even just on a food allergy standpoint, thankfully I'm not allergic to mustard or left-over soggy lettuce and onion pieces but some people are. Just gross and not a good way to do business."
