"You cannot trust this Taco Bell location in what quality of service you will get. The staff is friendly and helpful of course. The taco shells, specifically the Dorito loco shells are often stale. Beef, nacho cheese, sauces and other condiments are "greedy" portion sizes. It's almost like they are trying to cut portions to save money on food costs. 8/10 times going to this location tends to be a poor experience. Shape up Tacala!"
"Every experience I have here doesn’t go well. My drink either taste like water, I have half of my meal, portions are terrible, and/or they are always out of something. Workers sitting down at window, no one at front register to help"
"Hit or miss. Food was mildly warm. Service was quick though. Visited on a Friday night around 8pm. In and out within 5 minutes. No wait. No line. Restaurant could use some cleaning. Was terrible but still needs some cleanup."
"I am going to give this a 3 star. Normally they are solid. Good food hot fresh and very friendly. They are normally pretty speedy. Yet I have to say my last visit was horrendous. Got everything I ordered. I knew they was out of sour cream. Yet when I got one of my crunch wraps it was missing the cheese and meat. I am only posting cause I tried contacting them and was told someone would get back to me never happened. Disappointed to say the least. The visit was April 25 around 4:15 or so. Updated to one star due to no one ever contacting me back about the issue."
