"I hope they shut this place down ASAP. The employees and ghetto management are rude and disrespectful. I can see why they work at Mcdonald they will never have or be able to work at a corporate job. They make you sit in the drive thru for so long get to the window mess your order tell you that you can use your app all type of ish. This job is made for ignorant folks like these ghetto mfs. "I ordered coffee in the drive through and ask if they would add sugar and cream in the cup of coffee so I don't have to while driving. They said yes but when I received my order they put the cream and sugar in the bag. I then was told that it was unsanitary for them to put the cream and sugar in cup with coffee. I go to the next McDonald's and ask for the same service it's not a problem. They gave me what I asked for. I don't understand why it was a problem the first time. The second McDonald's say they have a machine that dispense the cream in the cup. Service is lacking"
"Carmel McFrappé came without the usual crushed ice blend. My McFrappé was extremely sweet because the associate with the long silky weave seemed to be mad or arguing with someone behind the counter. BUY ONE, GET ONE FOR $1 Quarter Pounder (a): I went home and scraped the toppings off my burger patty because the onions and pickles looked disgusting, and put the patty on my own bread I had at home and added fresh toppings I had at home. $1 Filet O Fish, Threw it in the thrash. The container was greasy and looked unsafe to eat. I have visited the Dennis Avenue before during the day and the food is good. Whoever is supervising or managing the Dennis location after 5p.m. needs to hire and train better associates to improve the quality of food and service."
"You expect a fresh biscuit melted cheese when breakfast is just getting started at 6 a.m biscuit was cheese wasn’t melted hash brown cold only thing they did right was the crispy bacon I asked for didn’t receive any type of napkins. I can’t and want return cause if I’m not mistaken everything was suppose to be fresh"
