"Don't even bother with curbside pickup. First time I tried I waited over 30 minutes before I got it. Second time I got curbside I waited 45 minutes just to walk in and learn that they lost my order. It was barely warm when I received it. Don't waste your time just go through the drive thru."
"First and last time I ever come here. They wouldn't give me a refund on the menu item I ordered on the mobile app when they told me after I already paid it was unavailable. No, they didn't label on the app it was unavailable either. The food was bland and even though the kitchen was full of staff, the service was terrible and slow. I was treated with the lowest professionalism I've ever experienced from McDonald's and that's saying a lot. I sincerely hope this location gets their act together so that the members of this community who don't read the reviews and decide to come here will have a better experience."
"If I could give it zero stars I would. We waited forever to order. And waited forever for our food and my fish was burnt and the bun was toasted not steamed and the cheese on the quarter pounder wasn’t even melted. terrible. The employees were completely inattentive, and could not care less what was going on at the front counter, were too busy, playing with each other and cussing each other out to take orders and make food."
"Ordered 2 large hot chocolates after waiting several minutes to order. Asked a second time for large after the screen said small. Asked a third time for larges instead. When I pulled up to pay, Asked a fourth time for large drinks, and he took my payment and didn't say anything or change anything. After getting my wrong size drinks, I couldn't get a receipt because they said every printer was out of paper."
"Today was my first visit to this location since their renovation. The building looks amazing, the speaker staff was pleasant. I ordered the Big Breakfast w/hotcakes. The “egg(s)” was almost nonexistent, the biscuit was old and HARD! I previously stopped going to this location because of employee attitudes and something NOT being available. I’m really tired of paying for inadequate food and service."
