"Today, I visited the establishment and usually, I prefer using the kiosk to place my order, avoiding any inconvenience for the staff. However, this time, my ticket didn't print, so I approached the front counter where I witnessed a concerning interaction. A younger employee, possibly in need of guidance, asked a woman named Paula if she should assist me, but Paula completely ignored her. After waiting for about five minutes, Paula finally acknowledged me, but without any greeting. I informed her of the issue with the kiosk and provided my order number. When I handed her a $100 bill for payment, she took it without a word and disappeared, leaving me unsure of what was happening. After a 15-minute wait, she returned with my change, abruptly handing it over without informing me of the total or acknowledging my presence. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also uncomfortable for me and other customers witnessing it. It's disheartening to hear that Paula, who I later learned is the general manager, has a reputation for rudeness and creating a toxic work environment. Her attitude towards customers and employees alike is unacceptable, as evidenced by her dismissive demeanor and lack of basic courtesy. Actions like slamming meals onto the counter and cutting off customers mid-sentence demonstrate a complete disregard for professionalism and customer service. It's concerning that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is still employed here, as her behavior is driving both customers and employees away."

"Have gone multiple times since I've lived in cullman, do not recommend. The last 3 times I've gone they have either given me someone else's order and given me the completely wrong food. Hard to understand why they think they deserve to get paid so much when they can't even get people orders correct."

"Waited 30 minutes for our food. The coffee was old and cold. Waited another 15 minutes for a fresh cup. We come to this McDonalds every time we drive to Birmingham because we always got good coffee and good service. The last 2 times we have been there everything has gotten worse. Don’t understand why it has gotten so bad."

"This location gives Finley Blvd a run for its money in terms of unclean atmosphere and incompetence. If you have the table tents and say it'll be delivered (that's the whole point), then don't set someone's order on the counter to get cold while they wait on you to bring it to the table. That's not the customer's fault if it gets lukewarm when you don't know how the system works. The bathrooms are decrepit with doors and toilet seats falling off the hinges, the tables were filthy, the chairs have all been worn to a pulp. Don't get me started on the fly graveyard inundating their window sills. Blech... The bacon double cheeseburger I got was bland and dried out with no condiments on it whatsoever. Finally, the McFlurry I got was 2/3 of the way full. They just displaced the missing volume that should've been filled with ice cream with a spoon. It's just an all-around sad excuse for a McDonald's."

"I’m reviewing because we tried the Grimace shake and it was so good. However we sat in the drive thru for 55 minutes on Friday night waiting for three shakes. It’s fast food, we typically do not eat at these establishments anyway but my kids wanted to try the shake for Grimaces birthday, so we went. The shake is so good!! So very good. I certainly shouldn’t have had to wait that long for it. I wasn’t in any hurry so it didn’t stress me out but it was uncalled for. Loved that shake though!"
