"The food was great! The manager looked like he hated everyone! The rest of the staff was very pleasant. It was extremely busy and I understand that, but the manager totally turned me off of the place. I might go back in a few weeks when everything isn't so chaotic."

"When I lived in Huntsville, Al I would enjoy going to chipotle and getting a chicken bowl. I love their guacamole. The people there were very friendly. I saw the new location in Florence, Alabama was open and excitedly went in for a treat. I was surprised at the people. The female I first came into contact never made eye contact. She talked fast with a low tone. The next female did look at me but seemed in a hurry. There was no one behind me. The person in front of me got a spoon full of guacamole but I got half a spoon. When I got to the cashier I was surprised to hear her say $14.40. I did not get a thank you or hope you enjoy your meal When I got home to eat I found the chicken had a lot of gristle and fat. Ended up giving the chicken to the dog. I will not be back to that location"

"The entire visit was great. The employees were good, fast, and efficient. We had a good visit overall, but how do you run out of guacamole 4 hours after opening, and how is there not enough white rice. So our burritos were made with brown rice because we did not have the choice and no guacomole for the burrito or chips. This is day 3 of opening. The employees were great. Keep up the good work, but someone needs to be in charge of making sure they have enough food. This is the smallest burrito from a chipotle I've ever had since starting to eat at Chipotle over 10 years ago."
