"Hannah was our server and she was amazing. We had an issue for seating because we had a party of 12 and she fixed us right up. She was fast and friendly and was amazing with a bunch of teens. She made sure my daughters birthday dinner was great and she also had her crew come and sing for her. Hannah we need more servers like you. Thank you for fast friendly service. "The people, service, an atmosphere we're all A+. Only thing that was off a lil bit. Was I think the steak could of used a little more seasoning when it was being cooked. Besides that it was Great. Fresh an Hot, perfectly cooked to my requested flavor temperature."
"Great food, service, and atmosphere. No time wasted with quick service to get you started. The bone in ribeye and ribs are good, along with the appetizers. Fried pickles, buffalo wings, and tater skins are my suggestions. Yes, they still dance during your meal, too."
"Got the Chicken salad here and was blown away with the flavor and everything tasted good, well balanced salad and the chicken was grilled to perfection was not rubbery. I recommend this place to anyone, service was also very friendly."
"This is the first time I have ever given them a less than perfect score for their steak. I have been ordering the 16oz. Sirloin cooked medium rare and it's has always been cooked perfect and tender for a sirloin steak and taste delicious. But this time it was TOUGH... Very tough. I couldn't finish it because I couldn't chew it. I thought at first it would get more tender towards the middle of the steak but it only got worse. this has never happened before at this or any Texas roadhouse restaurant. I hope and believe it was just a bad steak and it won't happen again. I told our server (who was awesome by the way) and she offered to get me another steak but we had an appointment so I didn't have time to wait as they were packed that day and very busy so I told her I would appreciate a discount and she went to take to the manager (who didn't come to my table and talk to me or look at the steak, I would have appreciated speaking with them about it. But they were busy as I said.) They offered us a 10% discount (which was adequate... I would have preferred to show them the steak.) Everything else was great as usual! Food, service, everything. Love the rolls!"
