"We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this place! The atmosphere was fantastic, complemented by delicious food. I opted for the platter, and the wings were a highlight—perfectly seasoned and not overly fried. The southwest wrap was bursting with flavor, and the mozzarella sticks were a delightful addition. My mentee loved the A1 burger, describing it as amazing. Overall, a solid 10/10 experience!"

"Not a lot to say. They have awesome burgers (their specialty). They have several different types of burgers, so it depends on what you're in the mood for. The beer battered fries and onion rings are wonderful. The pricing is reasonable. So I would highly recommend Mugshots Grill and Bar, for anyone who's in the mood for a really good burger. The atmosphere is rustic and laid back. Also, everytime I've been, the service has been great."

"I picked up an order today and I get home and not only was my order not correct but the food was terrible. We ordered 3 middle burgers 1 no onion and 1 no mayo and all 3 with onion rings. I get the food home and all 3 were drenched in mayo, all 3 no onion and all 3 hamburger patties were burned so bad on one side that they hard as rocks to try and bite into. I had just bragged on this place because I had been there before and it was great. Drew the manager was professional and put me down to replace our meal at a later date and hopefully by then he has replaced the kitchen staff that burned our food and the hostesses who took our order and got it wrong all 3 times that we repeated it to her. We would have been better off with a burger from McDonald’s."

"Best"Hillbilly"Philly sandwich I've got in the Florence area. On the same great bun as the hamburgers are on there was ample serving of meat and the taste left me longing for my next opportunity to try out one of their huge hamburgers. The seasoned fries tasted great and was a nice compliment for the Philly beef sandwich. This is a wonderful place for lunch and/or dinner and I can see them busy at all times as long as they keep up this quality. I'll be back without a doubt. The only negative would be the parking situation and especially with regards to handicapped parking but it's certainly worth the wait, if you do have one. I'll update my review to say Mugshots has maintained their quality and everything I said about them before still applies. I have one more recommendation to make and that is the Parmesan Chicken Marinara it is great! You might ask for a little bit of the Cajun seasoning and add to it for extra flavor as well."

"I've eaten here several times. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. The food has been delicious every time. My favorites are the BLTC, egg rolls, pepper jack cheese wedges, and onion rings. The restaurant is spacious with several TVs throughout. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and the prices are decent. Mugshots is a great addition to the downtown Florence area."
