"Me and my wife ate here on 2/9/24... They have the BEST southern/home cooking around!! The food was AMAZING and DELICIOUS and the service was GREAT! We both had the meat and 3 and tried what each other had... The fries are AMAZING! Theres NOT enough words to describe how GREAT their food is!! We WILL be coming back again!"
"Just found this little gem and oh my everything we had on the meat and 3 was awesome. I ordered white beans and didn't have to add salt or pepper, that to me is some good beans lol. The portions for the price is great. Great service also!"
"I went today,for the first time , to pick up a plate to go. I did not call ahead. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my order was taken shortly after. I received my order within a few minutes and was back on my way. The food is fantastic and I will definitely be back. I ordered the pork chop with squash, okra and mashed potatoes. The pork chop is moist and well seasoned. Everything is tasty."
"Country cooking at its best! Chicken and dressing was moist and delicious. Hamburger steak was juicy and had a nice sear. And gumbo for a side!!! How amazing. This place is in the old riverside building downtown. They have completely remodeled it and it is a great atmosphere. 10/10 will be a regular here!"
