"Nickolas Frederick was great! He knew what he was doing, fast and effective. He was kind and explained things well. Unfortunately, whoever was in charge shouldn't have left only one person there to take care of all the clients and answer all the calls. I was disappointed that no one reached out to me to inform me that the original person I was scheduled to see would not be in today. Seems like this is a normal thing for this location since it happened the previous year as well."

"Don’t make an appointment here. They take walk-ins before appointments. I had an appointment at 12pm and waited till 12:30 and left because the lady I scheduled with was working with two other people who were walk-ins before me. Don’t accept walk-ins if you know you have an appointment coming…"

"Absolutely the worst tax service I’ve ever received in my life… Not only did they charge me $600 Do you realize their service, but they messed up and it cost me close to $400 that I end up having to pay back even after three other experts looked up a law and messed it up. All over $40 I didn’t pay additionally to the $600 to get their “guaranteed”. Do not use them, they are absolutely the worst. I only gave them one star because I absolutely have to in order to post this to warn everybody."
