"I made an appointment online for today at the Canton Location to get help with my taxes. I tried to call them twice over the past two weeks. Plus when I signed up for the appointment I noted I wanted them to call me before the appt. No call backs but I did get a text confirming the appointment. I get to the location and no one is there. Once again no one answering the phones. They should have blocked appointments from being booked if they could not accommodate customers. How unprofessional no call back, no sign on the door saying they are not open. After waiting for a while I gave up. Luckily Liberty Tax in Westland was able to get me in right away."
