"A few years ago when I went it was a great experience. Then I went back last year and I had messed up my taxes and he was very eager to help. At the time, I was going through a major family crises (a family member was dying) and he was willing to work with me on when we could meet. He really seemed to care amd eager to help. We had plans to meet at a specific time to finish, sign paperwork, etc. I show up and the doors are locked. I text him to inquire about our appointment and he says that we were supposed to meet an hour before and that I had missed my appointment. At first I was apologetic and I felt terrible. But then I decided to go through my emails because something was really making me think I should check. Well, I saw that it was not me who made the mistake, it was Mr Khalil. I was not mad whatsoever as mistakes happen and he was a very nice man. I text him back with screenshots as proof and ask when we can meet amd he ghosted me!!!! At least a half dozen times I texted and emailed. No response. I gotta say, not only was I shocked amd mad but my feelings were really hurt as he had presented himself to be a very nice man. So, I take back my 5 star review."
