"We went yesterday and saw Barb Green, she was great! Very pleasant and we laughed the whole time. She made filing our taxes fun. The lady at the front was also great, although I didn't catch her name. There were a few issues with the system but that wasn't Barb's fault and they were resolved quickly. We already made our appointment with her for next year. I was very much pleased with our service."

"Went and saw Barb Green today and she was absolutely lovely and the lady up front Mary was also very lovely. The only reason there's not 5 stars is because we had a computer program error (NOT Barbs fault) and it took almost 3 hours to solve! My upset issue was with the manager who was only available over phone... Nobody in the higher areas knew what to do and the manager was very frustrated with Barb on the phone and it wasn't her fault they wanted me to leave and try another day and I said no I need this done. It eventually got taken cared of. I will return to hr block as I have been going to them for many years but that was ridiculous. People need to be trained on new programs before executing them especially the higher managers so they can solve the issues"
