"If I could give a 1/2 of a star I would. BUT, all this business is, is scammers that offer you a “payment plan”. (Weekly/monthly) and make it sound good. But in the end, you’re paying $1600 for a $550 TV. So getting screwed is something that’ll happen. Don’t suggest every coming to the store, along with “Rent-a-center”. They’re both running the same garbage show to lure people in."

"My payment was late due to other bills I needed to pay first. I thought I was working something out with the Manager to help me with my payment. I checked my bank account the next morning and one for the associates ran my debit card that I had on file for $130.00 without my consent. I know that was illegal but it was my word against theirs. The Manager didn't want to reimburse me for the payment. I only owe $200 dollars for the furniture, I've been paying faithful for 2 years. I would not recommend anyone going to Bestway for Florence ever again unless you want them to run your card without permission. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The salesman was great. I went in to purchase a new mattress. He says he can save me money if I do a quick payment plan, so I attempt to fill out the application. It was ridiculous. After giving my life story on paper, then they tell me I had to have SIX references! I ended up just paying cash for the mattress. The office lady was discourteous. A business does not need that much information when you are buying something less than a thousand dollars!"

"Never got a bad product from Bestway. Always helpful and look for the best merchandise for the best price for me. Got a manager special washer and dryer set. I thought I would get the floor model that was expected with a little wear and tear on it, that would have been fine, instead we received brand new merchandise! This is the seventh item I have purchased from them and I will keep coming back. They always provide quality customer service and treat my family and I with respect. Great shopping experience as long as you keep your end and pay your bills on time. Anybody will come looking for you if you owe them money so honor your commitments. Johnathan Perkins is a great salesman and will work to help you with whatever is in you budget. Blake is a wonderful store manager and I look forward to calling them with my payment when it comes due. I highly recommend Bestway to family and friends or anyone that wants to buy something without a lump sum to pay."
