"Nearly every time I order from this Jack's on DoorDash, they forget my dipping sauce. I don't even know why I bother selecting a sauce. And they do not accept special requests, so I can't even request a plastic spoon or fork. I ordered mashed potatoes as my side, thinking surely that would ensure the inclusion of some utensil, but no. I guess I'm supposed to eat these mashed potatoes with my hands."
"Love the food, me and my boyfriend are big jacks fans but this one never fails to forget something weather it’s the sauce or our pies they always mess something up. Had to go in today to get the sauce they forgot on our order even though it was on the receipt and was repeated at the window, the woman never even apologized. Only words she said to us was “how many do you need” which in my opinion is just disrespectful."
"I used to have a 4 star review up of this place, but today's experience is making me drop a star. We got breakfast right before it was lunch time and while I understand they were probably trying to just use up whatever they had - these tater rounds are unacceptable. They were soaked in grease and basically just scrap bits stuck together. No receipt was handed to my mom and we got it to go so we just ate what we could of it after blotting the grease with paper towels. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and my mom got a BLT. We both got the fatty chewy bacon on our food when it's normally crispy. My mom's BLT had a soggy tomato as well plus we both had to heat up our food (BEC & BLT) when we got to her house. While the food *was* edible, it was also disappointing. I guess my advice would be to not go when it's close to switching to lunch. Their cheeseburgers are good and while the fries are bland - they'll do just fine with some ketchup, honey mustard, or whatever your sauce of choice is."
"Had an online order that wasn’t even started once my husband got there, was told to come in to pick the food up and she said there wasn’t certain chicken pieces cooked and wasn’t going to . We order online frequently at the Killen location, this one happened to be closer. Last time at this location and the so called “supervisor “ needs to learn better customer skills. The order was placed 20 minutes before he arrived and the order was paid for , but was not everything ordered. And the potatoes were just lumps. Go to another store!"
