"I would give no stars if possible. The kid handing out the food was the only good experience about this place. The cashier is always rude it was free fry Friday and I was supposed to get a free medium fry instead I got a half a medium box of ice cold fries. I didn't even bother calling and complaining because I won't be going back. Avoid North Wood Ave. McDonald's at all cost. Quality of food is always a issue here. The Cloverdale location is your best bet. Never had a bad meal there. Don't waste your time and money on the North Wood location. You will wait a long time just to leave with a sour taste in your mouth twice over!"
"I went through the drive-thru pretty quickly despite the number of cars ahead of me. Both ladies I encountered at the windows were friendly with great personalities. My daughter's happy meal was cooked fresh, and they gave me barbecue sauce without hesitation."
"I’ve been going here for years because it’s on my route to work. I haven’t really had problems, other than staff being rude. Today I made a mobile order, as usual, and picked it up. All cashiers and workers looked no older than 15. I was really hungry so I didn’t notice that my burger was raw until halfway through. It is hot pink in the center and now my weekend will be ruined with food poisoning. Guess that’s what happens when you hire children. Won’t be coming back ever again."
"The restaurant looked cleaned and it’s close by my house so I wanted to try it out. Everything was fine but the cashier sucked. I don’t know her name (because none of the employees were wearing name tags) but she was chewing food with her mouth open while talking to us. She was rude and impatient and just flung our food at us. Won’t come back"
"The team doesn't seem very friendly but they get your food out and fresh. So I'll take fresh food over fake smiles any day. The only issue was the Big Mac didn't have extra sauce at least that's what the person who was eating it said. Everything else was good and fresh. It was also clean in the restaurant. My ice coffee was delish."
