"This company was dispatched through my home warranty. After waiting the allotted time of 48 hours for them to call me and schedule my appointment, I had to call them on day three. I was then told that because we live too far from them to come out they denied the claim. I expressed that I understood but a phone call to let me know would have been nice so I could call my warranty company and get a new contractor. She then said “I don’t have to call you”. I told her it would have been nice and that it was rude. She proceeded to tell me she was not being rude so I hung up. I called my warranty company and made a complaint about this company. Professionalism goes a long way and this company is far from being professional. I hope this helps others from dealing with this company. Yes I will let social media know about my experience as well."

"I had real bad bathroom drain clog . Nothing would clear it . I called Perfect Plumbing and spoke with a very pleasant woman over the phone . She got back to me promptly on when she could send someone out to my home . The plumber took care of my issue in under 20 mins .. I appreciate the quick response time and professionalism I received from this company . Will call again if needed ."

"We used this company once before via our home warranty. They did not show up the first time scheduled for work. We finally got them to come back out and they did a good job fixing my plumbing issues. When we had another plumbing issue pop up at our newly purchased home, we decided to contact Perfect Plumbing again for help. We called them prior to Christmas to schedule an appointment for a few days after the New Year. They stated they could not schedule the appointment out that early and that they would call me back the following Monday by noon to schedule the appointment. Needless to say, they did not call. I then called and scheduled the appointment myself. Not only did the company never show up within the window of time they provided for this appointment, but they failed to show up at all. When I called in the morning to inquire, no one answered and my call went to voicemail which was unreturned. I kept calling that morning to inquire and no one answered their phone. When I finally got someone to answer, they said my job was next on their schedule and the serviceman should be there soon. The rep. stated she would contact the serviceman to find out when he believed he would be out to my home and call me back a minute later. As you can guess, the rep. never called back and the serviceman never showed up. I had to pay someone to stay at my home waiting for this company to show up since I do not work remotely. I would never recommend this company to anyone due to the amount of time and money of mine they have wasted. Not to mention, their level of professionalism is nonexistent. Find any other company other than this one!"
