"I have brought my desktop to the shop twice within a span of two months, but unfortunately, the team was unable to identify and resolve the underlying issue. It is disappointing that there is no service guarantee provided. Furthermore, out of the three technicians at the shop, two of them lack sufficient knowledge in computer repairs. I had to spend approximately $400 in total, which turned out to be a waste of both time and money. The $400 payment only covered the software service. It was discovered during inspection that a cooling unit needed to be replaced, which was not addressed during the initial service. It was only after I brought my computer in for the second time that they identified this issue that too upon completing the service overnight. If I had made the payment and took the computer the night before, would not have been aware of this issue (Poor strategy)."
"I sent my pc to microcenter for 2 weeks just for them to look at it and 2 weeks later they didn't even touch it sent it here yesterday and already about to have it back today. Customer service is a 10/10 and they look really professional. 10000% would recommend this place to anyone who needs computer repairs."
"I brought my gaming PC in to this business hoping to figure out why I was having issues running graphics on high settings. I was greeted by the business owner himself, Mike. He was fantastic! Very friendly and easy to talk to, but also knowledgeable about everything PC and took the time to explain things to me in detail. Shortly after leaving the store, Mike called me to let me know he would be staying late that evening to finish up my PC! That right there is just above and beyond any other service I’ve been offered at competing stores. I highly recommend bringing any of your high end gaming PCs to Mike here at Speedy Tech. Five stars!"
