"When FA was mixing the cement they left their mess on our street. When you hire FA your street will most likely look like the attached image when they're done. This mess is now on my driveway with hard to replace damage due to the wet cement. Edit: bumped the 1 star to a 3 star due to their response. I hope in the future they have agreements with their contractors to work how they (FA) would work."
"Scheduled an appointment to come out between 5-6pm on Friday. Never showed up, wasted an hour of my time. They called me on Monday to reschedule. As I told the representative on the phone, they should have called to reschedule Friday before wasting my time. Update: Amended my review to 3 stars from zero given the owners response. What happened was unfortunate but one mistake should not devalue their business."
"The peace of mind Les brought to us was priceless! He was efficient, and explained the process to us. We had a large crack in our foundation and around 16 rod leaks. In one storm alone, we had up to 10 gallons of water making its way in. The service was great, and I highly recommend them!"
"My review is a little late as Rich came out a couple months ago. Rich the owner was amazing. I had 2 companies come out prior and both came off as salesman. 1 of which was trying to scare me into spending $10k whereas rich was genuine and not trying to use scare tactics. Extremely trustworthy and will only call them from here on out and will recommend to everyone I know"
