"The tech was fine, unfortunately they don’t seem to have common supply like a belt for a dryer drum. $20 to $25 tops. I had to wait over a week for them to get this before they could complete the repair. I was quoted over $400 . Gave them their $149 to tell me what I already knew. ( What a shame ) told them it’s unacceptable to expect a household to go over a week without being able to use a dryer. Went to ABC warehouse, purchased a new washer and dryer, installed the next day. I would recommend calling a different repair facility that doesn’t gouge you on the initial visit, and most likely will have common components to make the repairs."

"The guys were good. They came in, they did the work. They talked and joked with me a little bit and ease my anxiety towards the repair. They cleaned up beautifully. Then they left. The whole job took about an hour and they were very well prepared this time. It takes a while for all the parts to get here but that goes along with a repair job. I think they were great. Definitely a five-star rating."
