"Absolutely amazing service! Furnace was not kicking out any heat, so I called, and even though they were busy and had a full schedule, they were able to get to me within 30 minutes of the call. I spoke with Jeff on the phone, incredibly helpful and nice guy, and Steve the technician, also incredible helpful and nice, came out and got everything fixed up and working in under an hour. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I thought this was going to be a nightmare as it's the middle of the winter, but these guys are super friendly and actually care. You can tell when someone takes pride in what they do and actually cares. Overdelivered! Highly recommended!"

I wanted to upgrade my thermostat and Jeff Bates, one of the new owners of R&L, personally walked me through purchasing the right thermostat for my home. The installation of the new thermostat (ecobee3 wifi) was a breeze, and he took the time to give me a tutorial on how to use it, and made sure I was satisfied with the work. If you are like me, and you want to make sure your furnace and AC are in tiptop working order, then hire the best heating & cooling guys to do the work. Thanks R&L, you guys are the best!"

"Having an AC unit go out is a pain. Fortunately, R&L helped ease that pain. I called over the weekend and the owner (Jeff) made me a guarantee that even during a busy summer, he'd be sure to fit me in. With a quick diagnostic visit, it was determined that the compressor was shot. He was straight forward in providing options and recommendations. I was fortunate that he has stock. He and one of his Technicians came out Monday and we were back in business. A+ for responsiveness, communication, and transparency. Would certainly recommend these guys."

"Very poor service. Improperly installed my furnace caused the entire interior of the furnace to rust within 90 days. Refused to come out and look at it without changing a service charge. Then refused to replace it despite it being completely their error. Edit: Despite the owners responses R&L Heating & Cooling is absolutely the correct company that installed my furnace incorrectly and refused to correct the mess they made."
