They let you know all the work and the cost of each thing, then they'll let you know what needs urgent attention and what can wait a bit. They're not a money hungry shop that tells you, you need all this now, they understand people are on a budget and try to work with you. Not only that, they do excellent work! "Doug and the team have done a great job on several repairs. I have found them to be very honest. In fact, one part on my car had to be sourced and they took extra care to be sure that the new (used!) one was correct and also in great shape. Doug's mechanic worked patiently to track down an issue which was challenging to diagnose and fix. I really appreciate this extra high-level care because my car is older and this allows me to drive this vehicle far longer and delay a purchase until a better time. So if you are out there and hoping that there is a mechanic who will be capable and also care enough to really fix your older vehicle-- It would be ideal to work cooperatively with Doug and his team!
