"Chris at the front desk was knowledgeable and attentive and made sure to get enough info for the mechanics to diagnose correctly. Jesse my mechanic was quick, professional and had a expert knowledge of my vehicle even tho it was a uncommon make. Overall excellent service. The only downside was i wished i lived closer for future service. 10/10"

"Got a ‘84 w123 that I thought needed some brakes, tires and rear control arms. Turns out I didn’t need rear control arms. I needed front tie rods, real axles, and a transmission mount. I wouldn’t have know all of that if it weren’t for Chris taking his time time to assess the my car. He also sent me pictures and videos to show me what was what was wrong. He still did the brakes and the tires but he also recommended the parts I should get. He really did great work. As soon as the other parts come in, I’m definitely taking my car back to Redford Auto Repair to get the rest of the work completed. They’re extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional."

"I have taken my car into Redford three separate times since July to get my AC fixed. Every time I take it in, they told me it was fixed and two weeks later my AC would stop working. I told them a couple of different times I felt like it might be something with the controls in the car. The first time I took it in was for overheating and the AC. They replaced my fan, said they fixed my AC and charged me $1100. The second time i took my car in for the AC again, they told me it was a leak, they charged me $425. This last time I took it in for the AC not working, they told me the AC wouldn't work in cold whether, which is wrong. They also told me the AC is working find, which it's not and the there was something wrong with the HVAC system and that it was going to cost me $850 to fix it. I told them I wouldn't be paying for any further parts, but would pay for labor. They refused to offer me any type of refund or make up for their mistake. The person on the phone was very impatient with me when I was trying to ask questions and said they didn't want to argue. I wasn't arguing, I was just asking questions. Also, my husband got the part they were talking about for $50, and it takes five minutes to replace."
