"Wasn’t a horrible experience, I took my whole pc there for a swap to a new case I had a nzxt kraken aio cooler and a nzxt case, I originally didn’t have the back plate for the pump no biggie we can order it and wait a few days, few days turned into 4 then they told me it wouldn’t all fit in the case? I took it home and put it all together my self and “wow it fits”. Long story short I paid $30 for a $5-$10 amd backplate for them to “diagnosis” my pc and say all my parts won’t fit"
"Alot more when on then I'm going to explain but short version is they claimed my motherboard, ram cards, hardrive and processor were all bad. After a MONTH of them having it.. I picked it up thinking I had a dead computer. I got smart and dropped it off at a highly rated IT repair. They removed every "bad" part and tested them (with me watching).. Yes the motherboard was bad. But everything else works great and those parts are running currently in another computer. These guys are unprofessional and under educated."
"My 6-7 year old laptop finally died completely. Matt put in a new hard drive, reloaded Windows and now it runs faster and smoother than when it was brand new. I couldn't be happier with the 1 day service time and the very inexpensive price I was charged. Two Thumbs Up!!!!"
"Just went in Matt helped me out with a minor problem on my laptop. He immediately found and fixed the issue. Prices are way cheaper than main competition as well. I would definitely recommend this place."
